I made this little cart because no dim sum memory feels complete without it. The anticipation of what's coming out of the kitchen, the auntie calling out what’s fresh, and that rush to get what's on the cart before it runs out. This tiny dim sum cart is made to hold your har gow and siu mai clickers, just like the real thing. You can buy the cart by itself or together with the har gow and siu mai clickers as a set!
